About Us
Russell Gladwell graduated from Louisiana State University in 2009, then moved to London where he gained over 10 years of experience working for Lloyd's of London registered brokers. During that time, he developed his skills on both the technical and broking aspects of the upstream, midstream, downstream and marine markets.

Russell then co-founded Bayshore Underwriters in 2018 with his father, Nigel Gladwell. Bayshore later merged with Triad Oilfield in January, 2022.

After 14 years of specializing in the energy and marine insurance industry, Russell has developed a profound understanding of both the Energy and Marine markets, both domestic and international. With experience in placing business emanating from the Middle East, Africa, South America and now specializing in North America, Russell has a broad understanding of the full spectrum of all energy and marine related risks.
